Return and Refund Policy
At baeBronx, we offer a 14-day return policy. You may return your items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return postage. The cost of return shipping will not be refunded.
Refund Process
Refunds will only be issued once the returned clothing items are received and inspected to ensure they are in their original condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the items arrive back at baeBronx.
